Yup, it's more that just cosmetic. When she hit me, she hit the wheel also and the steering wheel spun out of my hands. Now the car kind of jitters. Also, I tried my ride height button, and it wasn't working like the first 15 times I tried to get it and to and finally it did it. ALso, my head lamp washers aren't working.
Oh, I'll get a new car. I've already got a couple lawyers I've talked to. Basically, I'm going today to get an estimate to fix it from Mercedes, then, they are going to appraise it for what they would give me for it as is, mileage and damage. Then, whatever the difference is between the damaged car and a new one (which we have already located), her insurance will pay.

Well, the way it's looking as of today, I'm getting a new car. Here's the problem, my dealer searched and there isn't one CLS63 in the US like I want it option wise, except 1 that's presold and it's still in Germany. But they had a silver E63 on the showroom that was dead sexy too. I test drove it today, and honest to god, it feels torquier with only 30 miles on the clock. We'll see how things go tomorrow.
Basically I would trade the car in as is and whatever the difference is between the wrecked car and new car, they pay the difference.

Have you seen the car BH Law is parting with ? Already has K2, tint, lowering module, forged wheels, etc. I'd take that over any 63 in a heartbeat.
Anyway good luck with finding a suitable replacement. I hope your karma is better next time around!

Yeah, but I'm scared my dealer would void the warranty. They are a HELLA anti modifcation dealer.

Damn that sucks!! I know what some of you guys mean about these idiots backing out of stalls. Some dumbass backing out almost hit me today when I was walking back to my car. It also sounded like he florred it or hit the gas quite hard.

MB S63 AMG Coupe
While it was 6 months rather than 6 days, I had my CLS500 sustain 25K of damage after someone lost control and sideswiped me on the highway. Thats how I got into my 63. I got nailed on the trade in. The driver of the other car did not even have insurance.........
