That sucks...What is the course of action going to be?

Wrecked the CLS63 today...
I have NO luck what-so-ever. As some may know, I accidently wrecked my E55, but in this case, this wasn't my fault. Some woman pulled out in front of me and rammed into the side of my car. Took out the Front bumper, passenger side fender, wheel, maybe headlight, and now the steering is shuttering. That's all I'll say for now, because it just happened about 2 hours ago. But ****!!!!!!, 6 days old, not even 1000 miles.

Sorry to hear this ... but I understand where your coming from.
I had bought a brand new 2005 FX45 and it got hit with 200 miles. over 24k to fix. Obviously I got rid of that car fast.

We are trying to get them to buy it from me and get them to buy me a new one because it's so new. I mean, with only 900 miles and 6 days of ownership...its a little hard to stomach almost $20,000 loss in value over this wreck. We'll see how that goes...

No airbags. It did fine. I mean, she hit me pretty hard. It look like she FLOORED it out of her parking spot. lol. Hard enough to bump me over. But, I'll post pictures when things get handeled.

Oh man my heart goes out to you. I once dumped 30k into modding a car only to get it smashed THE DAY I got it back from the shop after a 9 month build. I jump out of the car and screamed "SOMEBODY F^CKING KILL ME!!!!"

I hope to have a new CLS63 by then by which I hope has as strong a motor, which really pisses me off because I wanted to compare numbers with the same car...but I would much rather have a new car than a wrecked one. I knew something like this would happen, everything was going too good!

i told the wife..
Someone not paying attention completely ran the stop sign. Luckily we where in a mall and she wasnt going fast at all, she would of hit me head on. After I looked at the woman yelling get off the phone. My wife was like geez I don't want to see you when someone hits this car. DAMN RIGHT i would be so pissed wouldn't like to be other person

What horrible luck. I hope you get a favorable outcome with the insurance company. It seems reasonable to get a new vehicle considering the circumstances.
