I didn't see distronic on there, i think it goes for more than 2.5k. Besides that, you are getting a VERY well equipped car, and artic white, very nice!

i emailed my sales rep back to check if i can still add options. the distronic would be cool. i dont know if it would fit my driving style but hey if your paying 100+ for a car whats an extra 2500.00, the ipod option might be cool as well.

Its just more underbody covering, its standard here I believe.
Ricky, its Distronic, not Distronic Plus like in the S/CL. Distronic is the best cruise control system out there, AMG 55 is just bitter he isnt in a mercedes.

Aside from the bitterness issue, the distronic is a dream. When I get in the Range and forget it does not have distronic, things get a bit scary.
It will guide you into a toll booth without putting a foot in the brake.

my mom has an e55, my dad has a ml500, i can drive these when ever i please.
i just returned my POS clk55 w/ distronic (i didnt want it but the only clk55 they had was fully loaded (10+g's in options)
the only mercedes i would ever consider getting again would be a 124 500 (my 1st car, when i was 16) or a 140 600, the last real mercedes'
mercedes doesnt mean **** to me anymore, id rather get a rs4 over any 55/63
the only thing left of mercedes is the name
btw,
distronic "the best cruise control system" slows you down if youre on the fwy in the left hand lane next to the wall and the fwy starts turning (sharply), i guess it thinks the wall is a car or some ****.
from personal experience, its not worht it
