No major issues
2nd owner from Original Owner . 1st year ownership 2010 , 13,000 mile no-problems or issues no rattles or squeaks ,,or mechanical problems , Just rear tires.
2nd year ,, passenger side dynamic seat needed re-setting ,, warranty ,, no other problems,, 24,000 miles , no rattles , no squeaks , or fit and finish issues , no interior problems ...no mechanical problems " LOVE" car ,, Quality is top-notch.. Badm

a little bit of this... a little bit of that
08 CLS, daily driver, 85,000 trouble free miles except for a transmission issue that was around 37,000 miles. Dealer was going to replace the transmission and actually had one on order from Germany but then figured out it was a module or something that went bad. No issues since.
Besides that, I haven't had any issues other than a window wanting to roll back down when it was up on auto mode and the same thing with the sunroof. Those were simple fixes that just needed a re-calibration.
Oil changes every 5-6,000 miles, not driven hard but definitely pushed. Most miles are freeway miles as well in this wonderful Southern California expanse.
Windshield cracked from a rock chip from a loader truck and had that replaced around 75,000 miles.
Can't really complain and I would definitely recommend MB to friends.
This is the third MB owned.
