My payments stayed the same as when I had my e-class. If you can believe that. I pay around $75/mo which I think is a great deal. includes gap coverage and rental car for comprable (LOL)

That is pretty good. I pay about $1,200 per year which includes rental, towing, and a $500 deductible

yeah dude that's why. I am 30 and have no tickets (yet) and no claims ever. PLUS what really helped is that Mercury doesn't have the CLS55/63 in their database yet so they just went off of value. $100K

$129/mo for both my CLK500 and my vette, full coverage. 26, home owner's discount, long term customer discount (because I broke off from my father's plan, 20+ years), no moving violations ever.

I salute you for looking into all the costs of owning a car like this before making the purchase. Too many people don't think about insurance, maintenance, and gas and just make sure they can pay the car payment and then find that they are screwed when they can't pay insurance and maintenance. However, car insurance is contingent on so many different factors so I would take everything here with a grain of salt.

Try Progressive. I was 23 with a ton of tickets when I bought my CL. They charged me $250 per month. My local insurance carriers, including one I had been with for several years, wanted $450-500 per month. I pay like $215 a month right now for my SL at 26....which is pretty good considering I crashed my CL after only having it for 3 months (meaning I had paid Progressive about $700 in premiums at time....and they had to pay out $10,000-12,000 to get car fixed).

Theyre kind of old school, and you dont have any accidents you should be able to get a good rate. I pay something like $116/mo.

I paid $2,650 for the year for an '06 CLK350 and a Lincoln Navigator. 300,000/500,000 and $100 deductible through Mercury Insurance. I'm 20 and have no tickets (since the last time they checked, haha).
