Question Child Systems in CLS63???

Hi Guys,

Couple important questions about my New CLS63?

1. I cannot find how to child lock the rear doors? Usually there is a switch somewhere, whereas a child cannot open the rear doors, much like a police car??

2. In my Audi A6 4.2 S, All windows and sunroof have a child protection built in, where you can have your hand in any opening and it will detect your hand and reverse slightly, as to not catch a child's hand in any opening, does the Benz have this?

Carbonlord,

There's no child locks on the cls63. My kids are in car seats and they pull the door handles often which they can't open when the doors are locked. They can't quite reach the door locks and pull them up "thank god". Only when I stop and turn the car off, then the doors unlock automatically and my kids are able to open the rear doors.
I sure wish they had the child safety locks.

Thanks, I feel that is a bummer, Child locks should be mandatory along with window sunroof finger touch system.
