Search ebay for closed auctions for 2006 cls 55 amg. You will see many went for 80k or just above. I'd call them. 80k seems reasonable or just south of reasonable. This doesn not have the 030 package.

This is actually a dealer selling it. The place is called http://www.excellauto.com. They have some pretty nice exotic used cars... I've checked them out in the past, "very pricey". They have it listed on their site for $92k. I don't think they will take less than $87k for it.

Ive bought a car from them before, Those guys are very cool and easy to deal with. I got a deal from them for an 05 SL500 Brand New that none of our local dealers would believe, until I showed them the lease agreement.
