Kleemann exhaust sound

Here is the sound after installing the kleemann exhaust (only kept the quads).

what pieces did you replace and what pieces remain? any effect on your check engine light? what did it cost? the sound is either beautiful or awesome -- maybe both.

why does no one get clips of a driveby, or take-off?

when idling you are rev-limited to 3800rpm and it has no power

And this would cost upwards of $3-4000?
Wow, sounds nice, but is it worth the cost??? Someone needs to do a set for $2K.

To be honest I don't know exactly how much the exhaust was, because I got everything with the K4 package, which came out over 20k. As far as the check engine light,,never came on (knocking on wood) and if it did my first guess would be that it is because of the engine mods. Will try to make a take off video tommorow,,it does sound better that way.

+1, it might be the recording quality, or the way the person is revving the engine, but IMHO my 63 stock exhaust sounds better/same.
Although there might be some HP gains. I'd be surprised though cause AMG makes a damned good one.

As far as handling at high speeds, I didn't notice much difference. However, when taking off,,it doesn't drive sideways anymore,,which is nice!

P.S. The exhaust sound is different (maybe it's the video quality) because kleemann exhaust is wider by almost an inch then amg, which produces a much deeper, muscle tone. Also at idle the RPM are limited to 3500, so it can only do so much.... I'll try to capture a take off today!
