MB of Ft. Lauderdale is gay
they have a white cls labeled as a 63 with rear badge and side badges for some enormous price in there pre owned section. the car also has ghetto 20inch maya wheels chrome. Clearly by looking at the car and driving it, it was a cls 550. when i looked under the hood and questioned the sales guy he tried to argue it was a amg, but then surrendered cuz he knew he was caught. looked like an idiot trying to sell the car for 110000. retards
You would think that a Mercedes Benz dealer would somehow test the knowledge of their salesmen.
I remember having an argument with a salesman about a CL. He was trying to tell me it had the sport package on it when clearly you could see the regular wheels, side skirts, and bumpers. I was referred to this guy from people that had to have bought at least 4 higher end MB's so I figured he would know what he was talking about. Just rediculous.

Yes they are
what up 3 strikes. sup foo.
indeed they are. you should have demanded to talk to the sales manager and have him explain how it is that fraud is occuring on his lot. it is a Mercedes Benz dealer for pete sake, not Bubba's Used Cars. alternatively, you can go back, take pictures of the car, and send all this to the better business bureau, fox news, and Mercedes Benz USA.
whats the name of the douchebag who was pitching this car to you? fu**ing useless ****es. i just love Florida.
anyways brov, im back at camp falluja so i gots internet for a few days. nice to see you're still on mbworld. will head back to my hole soon, so test drive as many MB's for me as you can.

some moron probably put on all that junk and traded it in.... amazing that the dealer would still represent and price it as a cls63, not to mention an overpriced one as well.... how far did they take it? quad tail pipes? did the sticker on the car say cls63?
if the dealer is advertising it as a 63 who ever takes delivery will have a pretty decent claim against them. The dealer can even be fined for it.
I would hope to think that they would have more sense then doing that. Then again there isn't much to say about "used car sales" buyer beware.

Are you in junior high?
This is neither "gay" nor "retarded".
It's serious serious fraud and should be reported to the authorities in that state, the district attorney for the county, and the MB Distributor.

and won't repeat it. Ok the world can continue to rotate.
Probably somebody fooled them and traded the car in as a CLS63!!! In general most sales people don't know too many technical details about the cars they are selling, in one job they can be selling carpets and other job cars. You can't expect them to know as much as a car enthousiast either, it wouldn't surprice me that they really thought that it was an CLS63. I don't think they were knowingly trying to sell a CLS550 for a CLS63, they are an official dealership they won't risk loosing the business over something like this. This reminds me of a story a friend of mine was telling me about his co-worker buying a brand new Cadillac (supposedly was V8). My friend was telling him that it felt pretty week for a V8, he eventually found out that they gave him a V6
He ended up taking it back and replacing it with a V8.
My experience with their service department wasn't that good either. One of the things I asked them to check was the backlight of the A/C control unit. They told me that the LED was bad and I have to change the whole unit (~$850+tax). I got the little tools from the internet to pull the unit out, there wasn't an LED it was a small lamp (~$4.00) than needed to be changed! I still don't think that they were trying to rip me off. I believe that it was just incompetence from their part.

All the dealership had to do was check the VIN
