Third time...transmission prob...help!

Crap!!! Got in the car, put it in drive and there it goes again...car's gears had trouble engaging...FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A MONTH. The last two times, the dealership told me that the see the "transmission problem codes" when they do the diagnostic tests.
My car has been in and out of the dealer a total of almost 15 days...
What do I do? What rights do I have? What should I ask of Mercedes/the dealership?
HELP!!!
Call and attorney that handles these cases. MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING VERY WELL, DATES, EXACT RESPONSE. Sorry for yelling but this is ridiculous.
And do it soon, before it gets too old.

OMFG !!!! Congratulations! You are the MAN!!
You will have to tell us EXACTLY, word by word how you approached them with this to get this most amazing response. I am guessing that you own at least two or three more MBs and they'd like to keep you happy.
My guess is also that the problem with your car is major and they're just not letting on.
I have never seen or evern heard of anyone getting such a favorable response from a dealer, EVER! Good for you man. Good for you.

· AMG 19 inch Twin-Spoke Multipiece Alloy Wheels
· Limited Slip Differential
· AMG Alcantara Sport Steering wheel
· 186 mph top speed (155 mph standard)
· Giant brakes with two-piece compound rotors and multipiston calipers
have been proven on the Formula 1 racetrack
but can you give me some real life examples of how the Limited Slip Differential works? Is the pkg really worth it?

Well if you do end up at the track... This car rules , brakes matchup with racing aftermarket spec. Lsd keeps the car on the track and the tail linear. Torque , power delivery is vastly improved. I think you would keep up a bit better with your M6 friend. Wheels look great. I think it is a real good value. If you are not intending on the track it still makes the car better especially on bad surfaces. The power delivery to the wheel is really nice. I need to drive a plain ol 63 LOL, I love it, and the track guys really LOVE IT. Hope this helps sorry if I came off too strong defending the 63 in your other thread. GOOD LUCK MAN
I have two important questions for you guys...
1) I asked the Dealer, who basically is the 'go-between' for the Manufacturer, for restitution for all the trouble and inconvenience...they brought up the "Usage" term I have read about on the NC Attorney General's site in regards to NC Lemon Law (saying that I owe them $$$ for the mileage I put on the car). But the law states that I only have to pay the "Usage" if I ask for a refund, not a replacement...so I am wondering...are trying to play me???
2) I have learned about the law a bit and I believe there are two options typically taken...(I) Exchange of collateral or (II) Start a whole new lease. I am figuring that I would definitely want to go with #1...any ideas on this???
If any of you have any experience with this...please give me some advice!!!
