Question on Tire Size

I'm having a little trouble finding the correct tire sizes for a 20x9 and 20x11 to fit on my cls...

Nobody seems to know wat the exact sizes should be, everybody seems to be guessing from 275 to 305 on the back. Does anyone have a clue. TIA

based on other guys i have spoken to.. You can run 255/30/20 on the front with 20x9 and 305/25/20 on the rear with 20x11 ET25 on front and ET33 on rear for spacers.

this is not the only tire sizes that works but verified.

hope this helps

Thanx guys for all the input. I also talked to a few people who ssaid they've done the 305s in the back however the correct size is 295 but It is also $400 more because nobody carries that paticular size in so.cal except one place and they are charging up the *** for em.

You're best bet is to go with 255/30 in the front....305/30 in the back...i also have 20x9 and 20x11...with sport contact 3's...works like a charm!

I agree that the 305's are more appropriate on 11" rims. I bought some wheels with tires on them already and they were 295's and it looks like there is not enough rubber to protect the rim edge. And with a tire profile that low, I'm very concerned about little potholes munging up the rim edge. The 11's look hot on the car, though.

How much additional wear on the hub/bearing structures can be expected by going with these larger/heavier wheels?
