some more data here...the highest trap is not posted, its a 129 from lou fishgold theres a video of it floating around somewhere...another thing to note, there are NO CL65's that are modded posting times, im of the opinion that the best "drag racing" platform is the CL for it has the best weight transfer and the lowest drag coefficient of the 3 models, I think a modded CL65 should/would/will be king of the strip.

I think there are huge opportunities with the car, I need to get a new Bosch air charge pump first. Have you had any issues with that pump? Did you know its the same pump that always fails in the 55K engines?

if youre referring to the intercooler pump, yes i did have issues and youll feel it right away, replaced under warranty but a higher volume pump is not needed as our intercoolers are very efficient

This is great data to have from the real world guys. How in the H*** did you get this data?

I guess the East Coasters are a little more organized that us sun tanned So Cal Drag Racers.

This makes a more compelling reason to get beg, borrow, or buy a 65.

Thats it, I can tell when its going bad because my RPM's go all the way to 6500 and there is barely any movement (well at least for a V12 that is)

Juice ... I cant make that tomorrow- I am all buried at work but hopefully the next run. Honestly I dont care too much about the drags, I dont have DR's or wheels condusive to such racing. I got big old 20's on my car but I will take you up on the 7 beer offer either way I have the get the intercooler pump replaced so my car is a little under the weather.

I see.. Ok so Irwindale and some beers afterwards ! Im going to need new tires. Sam has 20's and ps 2 his car gets better traction than mine !!! But yeah no sense running a sick car or a SIK car. Quit your job like I did.

SL65, E55T, Pending S65
Isn't a modded S65 out there just about the fastest on the street for non NOS AMG's?

Make sure you get the wider rims to match Samssonz's tire sizes of 305 x 20", then you guys should have the same times unless you had a couple of beers before the run.

Let me know how you can afford all this stuff after you quit your job!
