i think high end performance cars deserve high end performance wheels, i guess thats just me

Is it me or am I the only one that thinks its bad. Rim size is awful in the rear, The back wheel looks the size of a spare and poor paint job on the brakes.

yea, sorry i'm not liking it either. everything black makes the car looks so ghetto. the brakes in black....
people put brembo's on not just for performance, but also for looks. painting the amgs black, totally killed it for me.but... as long as you like it, is all that matters.

Ok wow,
So I can understand the whole black brakes and wheels on a track car since all other finishes will discolor and look really odd with the heat created by track driving but that is not the case here. Black parts just seem to look better when beat to death and covered in destructive brake dust.
The black wheel and that finish make the wheel look like it has no tires. Its one funny looking wheel on a not so nice looking CLS.
If the owner likes that look its great but for me its not what I would do.
As for the tires? Well ya Falkins are a bit cheap but the 615 works really well for a few laps at the track and then dies due to heat. For the street its really sticky. I put a set on my car for the fun of it (they were free) and I like the grip better than my PS2's but they are loud and tramline like crazy.

Has to be the ugliest wheel and tire combo i've ever seen, and lets not start with the brakes, what the hell were u thinking u ruined a perfect car looks horibble ... Im sorry dude but those wheels are not only ugly but their also heavier than your stocks i bet their twice as heavy if not more...Just because a company advertises the **** out of a new desighn, it does not mean a cls 63 has to get it...Sorry

Sorry, but IMHO, they look terrible and do not fit the fundamental nature of the CLS at all, which is elegant, sexy yet sinewy and powerful. In fact they kind of make the car look ghetto, which again is completely against the nature of this incredibly beautiful and elegant car. Just my $0.02.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion.. When the owner of DCshoeco did the "flat" black everyone was all about it so i remember. Painting the calipers black is pref, but anyways its all about what the owner of the car likes. the car looks dope. lets get real here guys we could paint our cars throw up green and still get laid. word.

i'd like to see day pics. night pics aren't helping the cause. i wouldn't run those on my car...but i don't think it looks as bad as everyone is making it out to be...sheesh. crucify the guy why don't you!!! i am more **** then probably anyone when it comes to my cars...as many of you i'm sure feel the same when you think about your own car. as long as he is happy then more power to him. remember to each his own...this forum would must be a place to vent for some of you!!!
