no relays, just (2) ballast, along with bulbs for the conversion. just contact Darwin @ SonicMS and tell them you want the conversion kit, along with sidemarker lights and the two inner lights, located next to the xenons driving lights. I didnt do the install myself, but looks pretty easy. They didnt have to splice wires or anything crazy like that. the hardest part is getting to the bulbs, since its pretty tight. other than that, everything is just plug and play.
"they were talking about runnin relays and they would always stay on" WTH??? mine works just like factory.
I am very happy with the conversion, no flickering or warning lights at all. save yourself the trouble and just get the ones i got.
