One owner CLS63 AMG at MB Westminster $87K

We just traded for a 12,855 mile 2007 CLS63.
MB World ad price $87K + 599 dealer fee + shipping.
This is $900 lower than eBay "buy it now"
Over $100K window sticker, one owner Colorado car. We sold the car here new.

Price is on the high side especially without it being a CPO, and only PII. No SAT, no tire pressure, no auto trunk, no phone. Does it have new rubber and brakes?
