it actually isn't bulky at all...i just did close up pics so you can see the shape and quality....the angle he took the pics made it look extremely long...like i said i like it...so i bought it. diffusers obviously aren't for everyone...

Looks like 20 plus AMG's at Sacramento.
Fontana we should have 10 or so AMG's
weather is going to be real nice (especially in sea level SAC)53 feet ABSL.
Your car is silly sik IMO, looks like a million diollar ride.![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)

unfortunately I found this thread only now because I usually look at 211 forum
indeed it s some time I m wondering about the DIFFUSER issue
the pro of this Renntech is that appears a simple add-on, nothing to cut
.. something like Evosport/Vorsteiner made for 211, but really more "bad"
as for me, I was thinking about possibility of fitting this ..

Homework done..
yes, this diffuser-type styling is something like a new family feeling for MB: even the new C series has it.

1- standard version for CL65 is plastic. Carbon is optional.
2- for CLK 63 BS I think it is standard in carbon (here the diffuser has an additional, sporty lower grille).
Must say that the back of my CLS doesn't appear bad at all![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
maybe those 1cm spacers help?![rolf](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
.. location for installing the diffuser is similar to CL model, but a bit different.
Best option, in my opinion, would be to make a diffuser that aesthetically sits in between n.1 and n.2. I mean, the lower grill must exist but be smaller than in n.2.
As the dealership were preparing cars for the MotorShow here in Bologna, I took some measures of CL diffuser: found it is not so much different but it is a bit .. space between tips in CL and C is less because they added the correspopnding part to the right and left of tips.
ANIBODY WILLING making the resin mould from diffuser of CL (also the plastic version is good and can be obtained from a Mercedes store) and, then, adapt it to the exact location dimensions of CLS's ?
ps: dealer looked for the diffuser part ... but said me it appears only as the whole bumper..
PPS: for those thinking about that TIPS..
it is about 835 euro each+tax .![slap](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/slap.gif)
I ve in mind another simple up-grade for CLS rear looking ...
