Cool man, we have much work to do!!, yeah some of our AMG brethren believe falsely that the tq loss is severe in the 63, I seriously coming out of the car wash almost ended up in oncoming traffico due to severe wheel spin...

You're going for the fastest CLS63 time ever

I know you have weight reductions + drag radials + 100 octane mix + maybe superlight wheels, but will it be enough to take down RennTech Stage 1? Don't forget that he was the only 63 to break into the 12.6s while no other 63 that day was able to break the 12.7 even after cooling down

I think his car will surprise us all at the track with the highest trap yet






1. Stock rims and tires (Pirelli p Zero Rosso) Rear 66 lbs per corner
Fronts 63.5 lbs per corner
The Michelin Pilot Sport cups in 305 are lighter than the Pirelli P zero 285 by 3 lbs ..They offer a 2 inch wider contact path, an entire ft...
Man so there ya have it this weight reduction has been constant on my car.
Just puting it on record now I have actually weighed each componet. I will take the car to a weigh station to log an exact weight prior to my runs on 11/30/2007. we are all getting serious so its time to go to the next level
2. Spare tire 39.5 lbs
3. Battery uh heavy 55 lbs
4. Tools , mats, ashtrays, 21 lbs(inclues spare cover)
115 lbs saved in the trunk
Rear drag tires and rims 53 lbs per corner(saves 26 lbs)
So new rears could get me down another 11 lbs per corner
New fronts 16 lbs per corner another 54 lbs comes off...




haha they are LE37's which are the TE's with a polished lip. I just curbed my first rear rim the other day and almost cried, oh well its bound to happen. I can get u a set cheap.

Lets try to run real early a few times while it's sill cool out, then let us cool down run a few more. At the end I am going for the heads up hot laps
I know the hot lap time may not be great
but I just love the thrill. Oh and by the way my addiction is all on your head
I realy hope you get me good you deserve it
With all the runs under your belt I will be sweatin it . So when do we run? it must be on film. I feel like Clint Eastwood before a gun fight
Of course if you just want to compare slips that would be fine.
