I dont think your cheap. I personally prefer links over modules. Inexpesive, easy to instal, keep all factory functions, lower it however much you like, and no electronic stuff. What can go wrong.

Lease
I had originally thought i would go with the Renntech. But after some thought (money) and length of lease. I only have 19 months left and am already thinking about the next vehicle.
I want a different look then stock for the remaining months but rather save the extra bucks for the new car. 18 months is right around the corner.
Links it is, I will order them now I'll post pics once the entire car is done!
Thanks

They all work the same, and they aren't load bearing at all, so who cares what you spend on them. I got the adjustable air ride set, and they work perfectly. I don't need some stupid little part that nobody will ever see to say Renntech on it.

I've personally seen a couple of (cheaper) third party ones installed: one on Audi and one on BMW and the owners had problems with both. The Audi one died after 6 months and the BMW one, the owner said it ruined the shocks over time.
On the other hand, I've never heard of any complaints from the RennTech one and everybody who has one seems to be very happy with the quality and setup of it. I think even some non RennTech sponsors recommend it. Also, when I saw Greg's setup in person, I appreciated it even more.

Yeah. I think it took a little over an hour, but it would take me half as long to do it again. The front can literally be done in about 2 minutes per side. The rear is a bit mor complicated, but if you have access to a lift it would be fairly easy. The worst part was readjusting to try to get it where I wanted it.

I have just updated the instructions for the CLS & E. The rear can actaully be adjusted in about 2 min when the car is on a hoist.

Yeah, on a lift it should be fairly easy. The most time consuming part was jacking it up, letting it down, letting it settle to see where it is, and jacking it back up again.

I would think that if you lower it, regardless of how you lower it, it will decrease the life of the struts. What is the advantage the module has to make the struts last longer?
