well, I guess I'm the guinne pig guys! I trust Abid at ASR, he's already doing several 150 shot M5's and M6's running low 11 second passes. You can see them on Youtube. He's also done a 100 shot on a S550, and it ran fine. Regarding fuel, note the fuel cell. It's got it's own seperate fuel pump, and runs race fuel only while the nitrous is engaged. We're going to run the car first on a 100 shot to check engine conditions, and move up from there. The car should dyno around 550-575 at the wheels, and I'm hoping for some mid 11 second passes.
We rented Moroso for testing on the 17th of April, spectators are free - PM me for details. We have about 40 cars going out. If anyone wants to run their cars that day let me know, I'll see if there's still space. I'll be testing my 997tt also with the new work done, including methanol injection / nitrous, and Haltech tuning. Hoping for high tens.![action](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/action1.gif)

Well it sounds like you guys have your s**it together![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
I'm not trying to rain on the parade at all man,I just know from my own experience that all it takes is a slight miscalculation,or oversight running NOS and stuff starts melting really really fast. This car is going to absolutely FLY!
How will the NOS be activated,on a WOT switch or manually? And also what percent is the initial hit&how many seconds to 100% on the progressive box?? Are you using it in first gear while launching or will a window switch activate it in second gear? I live for this stuff man!!![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
You guys TIG the fuel cell or farm it out??
You'd best get the bottle brackets&cell bolted down,you only have 15 days left man!!Times a wasting![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

I've heard good things about ASR...but they also charge a pretty penny. I'm suprised nobody's sprayed a 63 any sooner. If I had a 63, the first mod would be a nice 125 shot.
Can't wait to see the track results

Just to give you guys some info, we designed this system to work on it's own dedicated fuel system. This dedicated system runs a seperate pump and regulator with unleaded race fuel. We've also devised a low volume pressure switch that will shut the system down once the fuel cell runs low on fuel. It's alo designed to run on a digital window switch so it never hits the rev limiter on nitrous. This system will also have an LCD controller that will work as a remote bottle opener, remote bottle heater, remote thermostat, and remote pressure switch. This display will allow you to adjust bottle pressure in the cabin and the thermostat will keep the bottle pressure within 5psi+/- of your desired pressure. It will also show you if there are any faullts in the system.
After extensive testing, we've come to realize that the stock fuel system does not provide sufficient fuel volume for the 150shot. This is the main reason why we decided to go with a dedicated fuel system. Secondly, it allows the car to run the correct timing advance based on the fuel we've chosen to use.
Hope that answers everyone's questions!

I was hoping you would chime in and answer these questions Abid.
Guys, ASR Engineering has built some of Miami's fastest BMW's, Porsches, and Benzes - this is the guy to talk to when it comes to high end tuning. I'm sure that after completing my 63 and getting this system tested he'll be doing 63's like crazy - no more 12's anymore for 63's! You guys can ship your cars to him and get them back as the ultimate street sleepers!
