Awesome video, I love the flashing high beams going down the Autobahn, reminds me of our Euro delivery doing the same thing. We were the king of the road with all that power. The exhaust is very subtle, sounds almost stock.

Unbelievable. The exhaust note sounds deep. Do you know what type of exhaust it was? Race? Is it made for the CLS55 AMG or only non-AMG version?
You brought back some great memories. I remember the good ole days of driving on the autobahn. Flashing the lights at slow moving traffic. I don't think I ever did less than 90-100mph anywhere I went on the autobahn, and sometimes had cars passing me like I was sitting still. I was fortunate to have grown up there, and learned how to drive there.
Thanks for the video link.

You're probably right. I would love to know how the brabus exhaust sounds for the CLS55AMG. I know they make one. I'm wondering how it would compare to the Renntech exhaust. If anyone has an aftermarket exhaust, please post and attach sound clips if possible. Thanks

Very close: Dutch.
As for the engine/exhaust. It is a Brabus modified Mercedes V12 5.5L (600) crate engine. Updated with everything and 6.3L displacement (AMG 65 is 6.0L), bigger turbo's, bigger everything to produce 730hp and around 1.000 lb.ft (limited to spare the drivetrain).
Man what a hoot it was. And so easy to drive.
I want one!

20+ to list......
Very nice, I thought you were going to break 200 on the Autobahn like what Jason Plato attempted, I was actually sitting so close to the computer waiting to see the speedo cracks 300km/h and now my eyes hurt. 400,000 Euros equals to how much US? 600k? 700k? Damn that's a lot of money, but it's a lot of car.

1/4 mile or Ring time I wouldn't know. All I know is 227 MPH on the Nardo track.
'For a living' would imply that I actually make a living out of it, it's more lik a professional hobby. But it sure is fun!
