brand & mileage

It would be very helpful if everyone posted the brand of tire with how many miles they get from a set.

Pzero rosso, miles: 30k front tires, 24k rears.
rears were shot and the fronts still had 2k-4k left.

Pzero rosso rears are bald at 8500 miles.

They're damn expensive too!

I get 8-12k out of a set, driving aggressively.

Toyo Proxes T1R. Best tire for the money, IMO.

Less than 5,000 on rears whether PS2's, F1 GS-D3's or RE050's.

Fronts 15K.

DFW01E55 sounds like you may be suffering from lead foot poisoning. which is known to cause victims to suffer from heavy right foot.

a quarter mile at a time
This is a great thread Turbotom1!

Michelin Pilot Primacy (OEM)
225/45/17 F
245/40/17 R
- Put about 22K miles on these, didn't like them so much. Replaced them early due to a screw in one of them, and I ended up getting 19" wheels. Could have put 5K more on the tires.

Nitto NT555
235/35/19 F
265/30/19 R
- I've had these now for about 23K miles now. Rears are down to the wear bars, fronts still have slightly more tread on them. Decent tire, I didn't have any major faults with them.

I need new tires again, I'm considering PZero's (expensive!) or Toyo T1R's.

My Pirelli P zero Rosso's even after tracking them would have easily gone 15k, Pilot Sport Cups maybe 8k, RE050 15k,

The softer compound the less they last dooh. LOL, I will trythe Toyo brand next. Pirelli rosso's seem smoothest, better than the Bridgestones. Pilot Sport handles better, better dry and wet grip. The cups are definately the best for dry grip. (so far)

No matter what they are all EXPENSIVE.
