CLS63! 534 RWHP! 20" 360 FORGED SPEC 5IVE - FINALLY OFFICIALLY COMPLETE
Finally finished the 63 project! Ready for more track testing in October. The car already ran 11.84@ 118, but has numerous 123+ mph traps. Once dialed in and we get some more seat time, plus with a few more mods added including the additional stage of NOS, we should see 11.50's.
So far:
ASR Engineering Full Exhaust System with High Flow Cats
ASR Engineering NOS setup:
150 shot wet system
fuel cell for 109 octane
auxilery fuel pump for NOS use
2 stage with additional 50 shot (200 shot) after 1st gear (not track tested yet)
Removal of charcoal filters
POD
bottle warmer
360 Forged 20" Spec 5ive wheels w/ race prep package (21 pounds front / 23 pounds rear) with titanium reverse fasteners.

looks bad aszzzz........ But more Nos ????? Like if it wasnt fast enough before... My girl still ****z when I tell her that I'm going to use your car again......the acceleration impressed the hell out of her......

More NOS my friend, some dude in a CLK Black Series broke my worlds fastest 63 record by 2 tenths...Can't have that! Next time I see you I'm gonna take you in it on the spray, you're gonna flip. Then I'll take you in the turbo, on spray, and you'll really flip. THEN you can take me on the 200 mph Miami Vice looking crazy F1 fighter jet cockpit thousand something horsepower supercharged monster speedboat you guys have already!

Is that 200 shot with out opening the motor? I've been kicking the NOS idea around for a few month now but keep comming up with only an 80 shot would be safe without blowing the sh** out of the 63. 
looks like you found the magic touch but seems like you should be doing better than 11.8xx with 200 shot

No, the 11.84 was on a 150 shot and before we did the exhaust, and without any tuning. The car can run a safe 100 shot I believe on stock fuel system, but I think Abid had to play with the timing. Above 100 shot you need to start running race gas, and adjust more timing...There was quite a bit of tuning and trial and error involved to make it work correctly. I would expect to run mid 11's as of now.

As for the dude (JRCART, I AM ASSUMING) that beat your record by 2/10th's, you better check again, I think you are now about .50 second off the pace. I was at the track with Jim (JRCART) last Friday night and he beat his old time by another .25 second. He posted a 11.60 on all motor. He also is having a 100 shot NOS added as we speak. Also note he ran that 11.6 on street tires, not slicks or cheater slicks. Granted your car is a little heavier than his and it's got 4 doors. Props to you for repping the CLS in a big way

Very nice car, sick looking NOS set-up. Do you have anything done besides the NOS? I'm sure some headers and an ECU tune will buy you a couple more tenths.

My 63 has only exhaust and NOS, I'll be getting rid of it some time soon, so I really don't want to invest too much into it right now...FUN!
