Does any one's CLS55 Superchargers Clutch NOT Chirp?
My only little complaint on my CLS 55 is the supercharger clutch chirp after the cars been stopped at a red light then moderate acceleration around 1500 RPM. If I accelerate more easily or hard I don't hear it.
Took it to the dealer and they refused to look at it, said all SC 55 engines do it and there is no fix which I find hard to believe. Has anyone come up with a fix even if temporary?

Some dealers will replace the clutch with a 07 SL55 set up. I guess it cures the chirp and jerk issues. There are two problems with this:
1. Good luck finding a dealer that will replace this under the CPO... I think my dealer quoted me over a $1000 for the clutch pack.
2. The chirp may begin again once the clutch pack has a couple thousand miles on it. I don't think anyone has put another 30K+ miles on their new packs to see if it stays quite permently.
IMO I like the chirp.

I had an E55 for 12,000 miles (2 years) with NO SC chirp at all. I now have a CLS55 in its 2nd year at around 14,000 miles and NO SC chirp at all.
