I am interested in getting a CLS5
Hey guys, I am in the market for a 06 CLS55, I used the search button, but could not find any comment on the reliability of the car. Is there any issues I should be worried about? Thanks in advance!

CLS55 plus a few Ducati's
Just bought a CLS55 my self.... seems that if you are lucky you will have a reasonable run but if you are unlucky it could be a pain in the ***. ... so its like any car you buy. I will say that the massive amount of electronics in these cars is a concern. The airmatic suspension will cause some problems later in life. Make sure you have a good warranty and get the best, lowest mileage example you can. Good luck

I would disagree... more miles better reliability
I would look for a clean average mile car....I would say over 25k miles is your best bet.... these cars tend to have less issues....cars are meant to be driven... options are very very important.. get keyless go, comfort package and nav ofcourse....
these cars are very well built and look incredible with the right wheel combo and stance

What about the AMG 55 powertrain? I know they change it to the 63, probably less moving parts to break. But it seems like overall the 55 has been a proven platform. However, what are the common issues that happen to the 55 trans, engine, superchargers, and etc?
