Ok, so we clearly have a set of wheels shipped out that are far below what was promised at time of sale. that much is obvious, right? there are MANY other instances of fraud and horrible customer service that you are choosing to ignore, but lets just use this one as an example.

I screwed up when I posted the original mortgage amount, it was actually $356,000, not $347k. Not a huge difference on a mortgage, but I did copy it down incorrectly.

I am beggining to recieve PM's stating that I will, most likely, be removed from the forum. If that is the case, lets finish the saga. To begin, I have a few questions for a certain board member.

Lowblue320, How many cars have you sold to Jordan over the last 3 years? Also, the wheels that he sold to you at "cost", how many times did they leak on you within the first 2 months of receiving them? Most of us here know who you are, does your boss know that while there is nothing to do at Braman you are online reading this threads. Please stop defending someone just because they are your "boy" and realize that he is committing fraud. So the next time that you have the urge to use the phrase "You dont know nothing", stop take a breath and if the urge has not gone away, then grab the keyboard and smack yourself with it until it does.

Someone who can think objectively can see that this is a simple case of greed. The problem is when you do it with other peoples money, it's ILLEGAL!

My purpose was to stop seeing innocent enthusiasts being hurt by these kind of companies that do this all the time and never get caught. For all of you that have supported me on this thread, thank you for the kind words. For the others who still believe in unicorns, I hope that you are not too heartbroken when you find out that the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus do not exist either.

nomoregames360 - There is absolutely no reason you should be removed from this forum. who is telling you this; mods and admins or just random idiots like lowblue320? all of your posts have followed the rules and none have been explicit or vulgar. If you do get the boot it must mean that jordan has a lot more pull here than any of would expect and would really paint a bad name for this forum.

horrible customer service, fraud, deception, ignoring pissed off customers is a bad thing everywhere else on the planet but not here at MBWorld. Around here they turn a blind eye to that sort of thing and will even help you sweep those pesky fraud victims under the rug and stick up for your illegal tactics.

My intent was just to be fair without jumping to conclusions, however with the links to his previous wheel company that failed, his pending lawsuits and his lack of a response... well, nothing more needs to be said.

Didn't mean to get you guys worked up, I hope most of you can understand these are some serious accusations and I just wanted to make sure the man wasn't being sent to the gallows based off a couple late deliveries and wrong off-sets.

NoMoreGames360, I really think it would benefit this entire case to reveal at the very least who you are-- it's clear the mods/admin/Jordan already know who you are, what does it matter if we know?

This has sunk to levels I didn't think were possible.

If there are so many unhappy customers how come the only public records are of a Home foreclosure and something related , non payment of HOA fees???

Honestly the foreclosure action and non-payment of the fees does not prove fraud.

While the information gives us insight into financial problems, the company for all its failures has no pending CIVIL claims?

A more telling bit of info would be BBB file. What is being described here is a Felony in the US, and to think so many people are angry , it would be likely the corp faces many civil claims.

Positing the fact he is facing forclosure does not convict him of fraud.

no but shipping out an inferior product that is different than was advertised and paid for is 100% fraud. you honestly think those old rusted screws are the "titanium" screws that were described to the client before he purchased them? not to mention he just up and decides to send him a different size than he ordered; the whole thing is a gigantic mess bc Jordan is a buffoon.

we all would love it if Jordan would at least make some kind of effort to contact the OP and the others he has wronged but it doesn't look like he will ever man up and do that - which is the heart of the very issue you are not seeing here.

mistakes happen, we all know that. its how you take care of the mistakes that separates good businesses from those that will fail, like 360. All Jordan needs to do is pick up a phone, send an email - something for godsake to acknowledge his customers that have problems and clearly he is avoiding doing anything like that.
