we have all asked this before and gotten no response, but: WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH IS THIS COMPANY STILL A SPONSOR OF THIS SITE????
isnt that sending a horrible message to people that visit this site to find good companies to mod their cars? this site is going to wait till they stop recieveing $$$ from jordan to pull its sponsorship rights, and with all the people coming forward with serious complaints that makes this site look very GREEDY.
$$$ talks right? no need to worry about ethics, morals, or good business practices as long as the checks keep coming. what about protecting innocent forum members???

As far as his home, thought I heard 1 in 3 in florida is looking at foreclosure. i have a townhouse in palm beach and can tell you half my neighbors are just letting their places go...pretty sad really. Good arguement to live within your means! But one never knows.
Condo associations in Florida are going crazy these days just trying to collect some money. What really stinks is a lot of associations are going after the remaining homeowners that havent abandoned their homes to pay the additional fees to keep the communities looking good. Straps the rest of us!
So Jordan probably deserves what he is getting. I hope his F car really is being or has been repo'd.
Carry on....

Most of them can't come up with $200k to bring to closing to pay off the amount of the mortgage that is over the value of the house, and the rental market sucks almost as bad as the sales market so they can't rent it out. But yet they still have to move. So most of them just give it back to the bank to get out of it, because it's their only option. You're right it's happening A LOT around here, I see a lot of foreclosure notices taped to the doors of a lot of empty houses...the people are usually already gone. There was a news story on, about how all the local banks are getting these letters with notes saying "Here...it's all yours" and the keys to the house inside. They call it Jingle Mail.
If you are in the market, there will probably be some really good deals tho...

so what can we learn from this ^? that the corvette forum admins actually CARE about the validity of their forum and for the safety of its members and aren't just in it to collect checks from fraudulent sponsors. i hope Jordan writes this site many bogus checks and they get burned for turning a blind eye to this obviously foul situation. it would be fitting since no one that runs this site seems to care at all about sponsoring, endorsing and taking money from crooks. heck this site even sides with Jordan, removing threads he doesn't like and sticking up for him in the face of obvious fraud.
kinda makes you wonder about the people that run this place. how does that old saying go... "the company you keep..." if you hang around with crooks and do business with them than in my book you too are a crook.

I posted the public records stuff over in the CLS forum & spent a little time reading the mtg documents & liens. The pleadings for the active cases aren't viewable online, so I can't tell what COR claims he owes them, or how far behind his mtg is.
The mortgage had a principal balance of $356,000 with a fixed/adjustable rate with the initial rate of 6.875% for the first 10 years (until 6/1/17), then it goes to Libor + 2.25%. He also bought the home in 2007; it was pretty obvious here in FL where the market was heading.
The homeowners liens & foreclosure action appears to be for quarterly maintenance fees running around $70/quarter, plus late fees, attorneys fees, etc. This is a home, not a townhouse or condo.
If you want to check out the house, go here: http://www.miamidade.gov/pa/property_search.asp Select folio # & enter 3049320090180. It will come up with a picture & the parcel information.

If you can't afford that, you can't afford the stable of high dollar cars either. If I fell on hard times, I wouldn't want to live in my car, regardless of how nice it is... they're pretty small. LOL
If, as he has claimed elsewhere that they are cranking out 150 sets of wheels a month he should have plenty of money to pay his bills. If you sell wheels for $5k +, I would hope you have a decent profit. Let's say you have a really low profit and only net $100 per set. That would still be $15,000 per month, certainly enough to pay your mortgage, but not enough to have all your toys.
Most likely, he isn't selling anything but promises & dreams to others & running a ponzi scheme (catchword of the year.. LOL) of a wheel manufacturing company; using new deposits to fund a previous order.
