Do you simply just want to get the extra seat room? Turn the 4 seater into a 5 seater? I have seen that done on a CLS but it was custom and surprisingly not that expensive. Think it was done for about 400.

I'll try to find you the info, but it was local. I'm pretty sure any custom shop can do it. All they need to do is match your leather/mb-tex, take out the center console, sponge it, and craft it.

There is no way a 3'rd normal sized human is sitting in the back of a CLS unless the driver and passenger are midgets.

I've seen this down the other way around.... someone put CLS seats in the E-Class and it fit fine. This would lead me to believe that inserting E-Class seats in the CLS would also work. The best man to do the job would be Steve at MBenzNL. He works wonders
