Supercharged CLS 500 (Kleemann)
Hi guys, wanted to share some pics of my recent purchase with my friends in the AMG section. I bought a Kleemann supercharger, full kit, with headers. The work was done by Bruce at TT Motorsports in Long Island. Bruce also treated my headers to a white ceramic coating.
The work was done almost 3 weeks ago, and at first I was a little dissapointed with the performance. After the discovery of a major air leak, and a quick fix, my baby is flying.
I am VERY happy with it. I'm trying to get used to this new power. It's simply amazing to feel the rear end of the car pull to the left, as my wheels burn rubber, leaving a cloud of smoke to be devoured by the cars left behind.
The car did 150mph on the highway last night, and it was still pulling me, but thats all I have in me for now, lol!
A dyno was performed (where she did almost 190mph) before fixing the huge leak, but I rather do another dyno to get true numbers. Comming soon.
Thank you Bruce for your hard work, patience and hospitality.
Thank you Oxygen for your technical assistance.
Thank you TurboTom for the Quaif demonstration, and driving me around the town to kill time. LOL!
And, thank you Cory at Kleemann for the constant communication and technical assistance.

Thanks Mike I've been waiting to do this one for a while now! Very satisfied with it..
Thank you for the kind words, not sure why you're slapping me at the end. LOL!
Thank you The tubes leading down to the throttle body are not secure. Everytime I abuse the engine, it slips off, and I can feel it right away. The car starts stalling and loosing power, but when reconnected, the power and smooth operation of the motor returns. It's a pain in the A$% putting it back in place, especialy when the motor is hot. The plastic elbow leading to the throttle body has a worn out or broken clip, so I will buy a brand new one at the dealership on Monday. I was told to use screws and silacone to help keep it all together. I will dyno as soon as the problem is fixed.

Missing the cams, but I want them. I plan to also upgrade the throttle body, and smaller pulley.

IM SO JEALOUS. I was really close to getting the Kompressor kit from Cory but backed out last minute. You're making me regret my decision. Please, please, please post up dyno #'s and 1/4 mile times when you get a chance. I'm really curious to how it turned out
Congrats again!
