no they will not work. the bolt pattern might be the same but the offset will be different. you can get wheels that came of a Sl or a cls only

You need offset of 25-35mm w/o a spacer and a 5x112 bolt. If the offset is 43mm you would need a spacer. CLS can fit a wide array of wheels , and yes you can get the wheels on but yu need to know trhe offsets prior to purchase.
