E55 vs CLS55 (vid) short.

It sounded sick!
But two things to consider, the E55 AMG and CLS55 Are very closely matched! Taking out what me and my cousin going back and fourth in this thread, they are close!!!
1.)The CLS55 Driver has both primary and secondary cats removed he said, and might be making 20RWHP from them he stated to us.
2.) He said he has 15 years track experience and you can tell this is true the way he left the lane that night!!
3.) A bone stock E55 Certified pre owned with temp tags (Member Izzynyc), was running consist 111mph traps all night.
E55AMGGG04 with a CM30 IC pump( maybe made the difference even thought the cars cooled down) Ran 2 113mph and 2 114mph...
Your at a track, no everyone will tell you exactly what they have under the hood.
For me this makes this whole thread look better for me!! But i know from experience the CLS cant trap that much higher than a stock E55, because they are very close in terms of speed. IMHO.

Dont think there was much that driver could have done to make the E much faster, the E was cutting 2.0 60' in the start of the night on street tires @113.92mph, and such, but the stock E55's were averaging 111-114mph like i mentioned.
Either the CLS is damn faster or was just modded, i guess we wont know.
All i do know is that the CLS we ran in the first post of this thread, we were about neck and neck with it all night.

If I coulda pulled off a 1.8 60 I think I could dont alot better. I believe there is room for improvement on my times. Wish we could see that jb3 335 in action.
