Don't think so. I bought that part list back in 2006 on eBay. It was from a book that repair shops keep for estimates on body work. It looked like someone ripped it out from a much larger book.
My wife tossed mine in the trash last week, thinking it was junk mail.![action](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/action1.gif)
So, I just bought another one on eBay.

Thank you for the advice; mine too is doing the crackle thing. Not all the time, though; sometimes if I turn off the audio for a while and then back on later it doesn't do it. I'll try to find a supplier here and fix it your way.

I haven't double checked the mounting depth yet, but the Dayton Audio Reference RS-75 would probably be a solid contender for center channel duties. My center channel is toast as well and I'm just starting to shop around.
www.partsexpress.com has the Dayton Audio line by the way.

Anybody, especially dyno, would you happen to know what diameter drivers are used in our cars? I know that the dash speaker is a 3-3.5" (70mm) driver but what about the midranges in the kick panels and the midbass drivers in the doors? Any/all info would be great appreciated!

.. replying you here so can attach pics :
official info is this

here you have the layout with added info

as much time passed, don't remember how accurate were those info
but you can consider that Center AND satellites are the same speaker
as for Mid-bass in all doors, I can tell you that my Morel Supremo/Elate (nominal size 6" ) fitted without need to enlarge or make special mods.

PS: one more info: center and Sats are weak, but Mid-bass are good speakers.. so you don't need to have them amongst priority replacements ..

Great news! I just need to verify that there are additional midranges in each footwell/kick panel. If that's the case then I can drop in the speakers I already have! That would be incredible news as I LOVE the way they sound and I'd hate to sell them from lack of use.

All you have to do is change the Front separates with some Focal 6.5 midbass/tweeter combos....and with the Rears....replace with Focal co-axials in the doors (6.5").
The main part is....hooking up an Audison Bit 10 sound processor to your factory head unit.
I am also running an Alpine PDX4 for the 4 Focals.........
Night and day difference.......well also running a JL Audio 500/1 to the Alpine Type R 10's in the trunk...but that's just a bonus.
The interior sound without bass....sounds amazing.

This is the speaker I ordered for my car to replace the stock center speaker.

Should work perfectly and I have lots of experience with this company. They make amazing drivers and have a great history in the pro audio realm. I'll also be replacing the front door speakers with these:

Nice to see another italian speaker .. But seems a bit big that center. I' ll be curious to read your report about fitment when you'll get it and, above all, also if it will sound loud enough because 8 Ohms is a lot (its sensitivity, while high doesn't seem to me at least 3db higher than a good 4ohm car driver, to compensate for the higher impedance). sure, even if its Power handling seems quite low, you'll not burn it !

an 8ohm speaker won't give you the highs that are needed as a replacement for that stock speaker that's why I upgraded my factory tweeters and got a much better sound
#48
I went with an 8 ohm driver for a reason though. It won't receive as much power as the stock unit and since it's run full range it will help with durability. With the new door speakers going in and a set of ScanSpeak Illuminator tweets going in the stock tweeter location the main sound will be great. The center speaker is just used to anchor the staging and shouldn't be a main focal point of the sound.

That model is available to anyone who wants a 4 ohm driver.
