I just don't get the whole tinted lights thing....pay for better headlights, HID, bi-xenon, etc., and then tint them to reduce their light projection.

How would you get into the headlight assembly to paint the inside? Do you heat up the glue?

You bake the headlights...

If you're scared, I can do it for you, been doing it for 3 years.
