How long did it take to get your rotors? Also did they tell what type of pads to use with them?

Driver VS Driver does not make a difference between modded CLS 500 and a CLS 55. A blind man driving a CLS55 can beat a modded 500 any day. And I know, because I drive a 500

Too funny...
your on a budget but wanted a Mercedes anyway.
you get discounts on Kleemann.
and the rest of what you wrote... no one will ever spend the time to figure out.

this car has been a long and cumbersome process. my last dyno netted 560hp and 610tq

I put the watches on hold and made the leap to MBH longtubes. Drove 3.5 hours each way to have Bruce at TTM install them. Price was hard to swallow at first but I have to follow your lead beauphus. Your car is looking mean and clean. Next I think I'll do the rear and then EVO brakes. Did you get a rear for all that power; or is yours an 030?

Bruce is a great choice to get mods done. I have bought most of my stuff through him and he has built some great cars. He def knows what he is doing and is worth the price. The brakes are evosport all the way around and I opted for the steel lines AND the Motul fluid swap. I aslo got porterfield pads. One thing is FOR SURE. I have a lot less dust so far and stopping is awesome.

On a side note I have had some nay-sayers tell me I shouldnt have had my headers coated. I chose to send them to Swaintech and I couldnt be happier. Although I havent logged YET - I can certainly say that the driverside footwell and console hump does not heat up anymore after WOT pulls. It used to get really warm from the radiant heat and now it doesnt at all.

I have some more goodies on the way and will have an update at the end of the month...

bought the wheels on ebay and had them refinished by b.gorman. he did an amazing job and they look brand new. the powder coat looks incredible. you will need 20mm spacers to clear brakes though...

Are they CLK320 wheels? Your car looks great by the way. Are you worried at all about spacers on the 1/4 mile?

yea they are clk320 wheels. they cost approx 100 each to buy with shipping and another 100 each to refinish. well worth it. they weigh 13.2 pounds. not worried about the 20mm spacers because they are hubcentric track spacers. they bolt to the hub and the wheels then bolts to the spacer. they are heavy duty and not cheap.

thx for the compliment. your car loks awesome too! D2 derrick and i go way back. hes a good guy and has built a hell of a business. i have a bought a few sets of wheels over the years and he has always taken good care of me. your car is killin it
