Need Advice on Brakes / Rotors

Recently I had the dealer do a complete brake job, which inlcuded 4 new Zimmermann cross-drilled rotors and EBC Red Stuff brake pads. The setup worked great (minimal brake dust, comparable stopping power, no squealing) for the first 1k miles.

Since then the car started jerking slightly when the brakes were applied, and is now worse after approx. 4k miles. The steering wheel shakes when braking at high speeds, and the car has the jerking (stop-go, stop-go) feel at lower speeds. The brakes also feel rough (i.e. grinding feel/sound) when braking hard, similar to the feel before the pads/rotors were replaced.

Does this sound like a problem with the pads, rotors, or the install? Also, can these rotors be re-surfaced?

I already plan to have the dealer take a look at it during my next servie in couple months.

that sounds like a bent rotor. But i would visually inspecto to make sure something else isn't going on like a pad someing loose. Not sure how a new install of everything would cause a bent rotor like that. If it's bent, turning the rotor most likely will not help.

I would not wait a couple months to get it fixed. 60-0 is a lot more important than 0-60.

Yep ... that's a heat warped rotor. That low of miles, I'd hope would be under warranty. That's pretty rare on a road car to happen that fast.
