20" AND 19" wheels?
Is anybody running 20's in the rear and 19's in the front? If so, any concerns or experiences worth mentioning? How about some photos? I'm due for some new tires all around and considering this setup. Thanks.

Well, I'm running 20" in front and 21" in the rear.
Here are some pics:
The hardest part was getting TÜV for that, as this is required in Germany.
Normally the tire circumference has to be the same front and rear to prevent ABS/ESP-errors.
These errors can be a simple ABS-warning and shut-off or, much worse, an uncontrolled behaviour in extreme situations.
In my combination (265/25 20" front, 295/25 21" rear) there is a difference of 3% and anything more than 1% is officially a no-go. To make it more complex, the difference varies depending of the tire manufacturer.
To sum it up, it's possible but be prepared for some major headache...

The hardest part was finding a TÜV person willing to check the car as everybody refused to check a car with a 3% difference (or I should get an approval from MB that 3% is ok).
Another point is that the 3% difference is also dependent from the tire manufacturer, eg. with Falken you have a 3.2 % difference, with Michelin a 3.1 % and with Continental you have 2.9. So we went with Conti and finally found a TÜV willing to check the car if it is below 3%. He did a lot of testing and finally he gave an ok.
The whole process took close to four month and it wouldn't have been sucessful without the help of a very good dealer.
