CLS55: Does the tranny fluid need to be changed @ 60k?

Hello,
I was getting mixed information on if I need to change the trans & diff fluild at 60k. Also where can i get a dipstick for the engine and tranny?

Thanks!

EPC has the part number for the dip sticks. Then open your wallet to the stealer and smile.

I would change it based on time. Their trannys are bulletproof but a little maint. won't hurt. I do mine ever three years.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Most if not all

722.6 5speed trans call for a tsb indicating a fluid and filter change at 60K kilometers 38000 miles approx.
Use only mb spec fluid
no need to go to the dealer for the dipstick.or the fluid.

I think MB recommends trans service every 40k miles.

.
both the tranny and diff fluid are supposed to be changed at 40k miles. The diff only needs to be done if you have the performance pkg. This is what the service manual says.
