keyless start question (noob)
sup fellas im looking at my first amg 06 cls55 but it doesnt have the keyless start is it possible to have it later swapped in???

search The parting out tread, a member Rcompart, He has a 2004 S55 partout.. a whole keyless go system for a good price, and he can help you with installation.

You might as well invest in a remote starter... MidCityEngineering has a slick system that uses your panic button to remote start. You can even install an app you cant start from virtually anywhere with your phone as long as the car is in network covered area.

This is the first I heard no Keyless Start on a CLS 55.

Very strange that a CLS 55 AMG lacks standard equip Keyless Start. Eliminate the red flag before you negotiate purchase by taking the VIN to a MB dealer and having it run on NetStar to determine the build sheet options and to verify it is not a poser.

Very strange that a CLS 55 AMG lacks standard equip Keyless Start. Eliminate the red flag before you negotiate purchase by taking the VIN to a MB dealer and having it run on NetStar to determine the build sheet options and to verify it is not a poser.
