Cluster conversion from MPH to Km/H

Cluster conversion from MPH to Km/H
After importing a CLS into canada I would like to convert all the values to metric. I want to change the Farenheit to Celcius and MPH to KM/H. I know that the digital display can be changed, but the Analog stays in MPH. Would I need to swap out the whole cluster? This would be on a 2006 CLS55 btw. Also, if by some miracle I can find a used KM/H cluster, will it need to be progremmed by the dealer?
