Finally had some nice weather and an extra set of hands to help me install my new carbon fiber lip.. Came out looking great! While I was at it, also installed some clear side reflectors.

Looks fantastic! What is the manufacturer name? What did you have to do to install it?

Looks great, can I ask why the plate is mounted to the right?

It's a Euroteck Motor Sports lip. It simply screws on the car. All you need is a drill and a screwdriver.Originally Posted by sinape62

I bought it at Christmas time when it was a sell. Just hadn't gotten a chance to install it until yesterday.

I'm using a tow hook license plate mount to prevent having to drill holes in the front bumper. Got tired of being pulled over for not having a front license plate - Virginia police are though!Originally Posted by Kevin M.

looks good curtis, how much distance is to the ground from that? thanx

I don't think it makes much a difference in the clearance between the ground and the bottom of the lip. My car is lowered (with links) so my clearance would be different from another car at normal height.Originally Posted by hyperion667

Ahh very smart, luckily CA cops don't care about front plates, or even rear for that matter, I haven't had a rear place on my 996 for over a year Originally Posted by curtisG

Is this an issue with these cars?

Hey CurtisG, does your tow hook plate interfere with the front parking sensors?

looks great, I've got the same style of lip as you....how did you end up mounting it? Sadly, my CF lip is sitting under my bed bc its winter here in Canada.
