It pains me to do this, but I'm thinking about selling my car. My wife wants it sold, and with a new truck and house to remodel, it's hard to justify keeping a car that I barely ever drive. Shame too because I have it just the way I want it and she's gorgeous.
Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics but I haven't had time for better yet, but will post. I am in Newbury Park, CA, near Los Angeles.
Details:
I am the 2nd owner. Have owned it since May 2007. I bought it at a Benz dealership CPO. Was in a small fender bender a couple years ago at which time the front fenders, hood, and front bumper (and I believe radiator?) were replaced. No airbags went off.
35,300 miles
Iridium silver ext - black interior
Brabus rocket front bumper
20" Klass forged three-piece wheels 11" in the back and 9.5" in the front (I think?)
Kleeman K1
VRP shorty headers
Meisterschaft mufflers
renntech airbox
renntech lowering module
couple very small nicks in the paint but otherwise very clean interior and exterior
ALWAYS garaged
Asking $37K obo?

Thanks folks. Djrabbi, sorry, but I don't want to part the car out. Everything flows as she sits. To be honest, I don't even really want to sell the car. It is timeless IMO...a classic, and I don't think I'll find another '06 with this low mileage. But there's a part of me that just says sell it and walk away...and the little devil on my other shoulder saying you put over $90K into this car and you're gonna take a ~$50K loss?!?. I'm LOOKING for a reason not to sell it!
And then there's the wife who never approved of the car since day 1!
Ah well, as they say, "happy wife, happy life".

Not to be a dick or anything.....$100k invested? Do you mean the mods plus the cars worth? Unless your hiding something crazy under that hood!

No warranty left. I had the CPO warranty for a year after I bought it, and then I bought a 3 year aftermarket warranty which just ran out a few months ago, but I never used them. I believe one can still buy an aftermarket warranty if you look around, especially considering the mileage is so low? It did just have a service a couple months ago and I've prolly put less than 500 miles on it since then as I barely ever drive her.
Yes, will get some better pics posted this weekend when I have time to take the car out of the garage. Interior is the "black nappa" I believe with the wood grain dash and accents and the alcantara headliner. heated dynamic and massage seats. parktronic and distronic. Will have to look for the window sticker for all the options it has but it's pretty much loaded other than the performance package.

But yes, I would say easily close to $100K. Over $90 with no problem.
Bought it in May of 2007 for ~$85K. (remember the car was only a year old at the time and this is a $105K car new).
Rocket bumper + install = $2k
Kleeman K1 + install = $2K
Wheels + tires = $3K
Front Grille = $1K
Renntech ELM + install = $1k
VRP shorty headers + intall = $1.5K
Renntech airbox = $1k
all low estimates just off the top of my head.
and other things I prolly can't think of right now...you can do the math...
Close to $100K if not over.
