Differential Problems?

I own a CLS 55 This is my first mercedes that i own and i cant say i could be happier even coming from an 800hp Z06. My car I have I only cut the resonators and tossed in the K&N filters. The car has 28k miles and very well taken care of. Well heres the problem when im WOT in the car lets say i step on it at 2nd gear 50 mph i feel like my rear end of the car is all over the place and highly doubt this 4500 pound car is spinning tire at 50 mph. Is this something that is normal on these cars? Should i have the dealer check the diff? Should I step on the car at higher mph in 3rd gear to be absolutely positive i am not spinning tire? Please let me know I had planned on going to some races on sunday but im scared to do it with the car like this.

Thanks in advance

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Maybe mount a GoPro on the outside and monitor both rear wheels to see if they truly spinning. Or have a buddy follow you and do the observation.

I've come to the conclusion I think it's alignment. I'm almost positive.

When was the last time you changed the slip fluids? Also, check alignment, but find out if your slip is a true 100%
