Update!
OK, the dealer had the car for 2 days and finally found out what's causing it!!!! It's the ME!!!! A tech told me the ME on the CLS are known to have problems, so if your CLS is having similar problem ask dealer to check the ME. I also found out ME has a 8 year warranty! It's the perfect timing for me as I am only 2 months away from the 8 year mark so it will be fixed under warranty FOR FREE! 
If not then it's $2400!!!
