2005 E240 Avantgarde
subframe replacement
A friend of mine own a 2005 CLS 55, an accident broke his rear subframe. We found a good condition subframe that came from 2004 W211 estate. We are trying to put it on. The problem is the weight is different. I will update the weight differences later. Seems like the one on CLS is steel and the one from W211 estate is aluminum. Does anyone know about this? And what the worst could happen if we put it on? Any help will be apreciated. Regards.
