Can someone please tell the best pulley to run. Safest. Not wanting to damage motor. For example 74mm or 77mm. Thanks.

most of these questions can be answered in the w211 section as they share the same engine.

I have run the old style crank pulley upgrade and if u want consistency then do not go larger then 165mm. More and you will need cooling mods, which are not hard to do

I have run the 84mm and currently the 77mm..its your choice, obviously the more aggressive (smaller) you go the more heat soak issues you going to run in to. Didn't know there was a 74mm now.. Cool
