Sensotronic Brake Control on the CLS55?

Sensotronic Brake Control on the CLS55?
I have made the decision to move on from my W210 E55 (such a fantastic car!) to the newer CLS 55... I have definitely swallowed the AMG hook...
Did a search, but can't find definitively if the '06 CLS 55 had the nasty Sensotronic Brake Control. Didn't they delete or fix it in "06?
Ex GF had a E350 with it - and I hated it.

Somewhere around model year 2006, they changed it from SBC to ABR.. honestly the systems still appear to have the same components and they just renamed it to get away from the horrible stigma of the SBC name. The recalls, software updates and system failures were honestly pretty bad back in the early days of SBC.
... but if the car doesn't reference SBC in the VMI then you can be pretty sure it is the ABR system. Much fewer failures and seem to be what SBC was intended to be. I'm sure the system has a few extra parts or sensors and more than likely some better or more refined software. By now if they haven't sorted out the SBC system on the car they are selling, they are asking for trouble just going for a test drive anyways.
