i don’t think it will be an issue 3mm isn’t even 1/8” very minimal. Your very welcome can’t wait to see the new rims!! Where are you located? If the new tires don’t end up working out I might be intrested in them??

I hope you're right but if not, I can always change to narrower tires. I'm located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I live 15 min. away from the WA border so I buy everything online and have it shipped to Blaine, WA. I just drive across to pick everything up. I sell many parts, wheels, etc. on eBay and ship it out from Blaine, WA. I'll let you know right away in regards to the tires and post the pics regardless. I plan on getting only one rear mounted to check the clearance before I decide whether or not to mount the other one. How's California? What area are you in?

Hey FLTHY 55, I hope all is well with you! I had a question in regards to your front wheel fitment. I decided to return the rear 325 25 20'2 and go with 295 25 20's. They were just a little too tight for my liking. Did you encounter a problem with the front centre caps clearing the grease bearing dust caps? I could go with 10mm spacers but I'm not certain that will be enough to clear the dust caps as they protrude quite a bit with a +35 offset. Here's a pic!

hey bud no I did not but looks like my wheel hub is a bit thicker than yours. I had no issues whatsoever. Just keep in mind that since you went with a 295 instead of 325 your sidewall will be thinner than mine thus a harder ride since the 25 is a ratio of the width just FYI I am more than happy with my set up hope your happy with yours
FLTHY 55 Saw a w219 with a toyo 315 25 20 on a 12 inch rim...It looked good, I would've done the 325/25... It look different then the 325 on the 11 inch wheel... I didn't get a picture though...

I think this guy have 20x12 in the rear with a 325/25 or a 315/25... But I think it's a 325/25 because toyo is the only company that makes the 315/25, and thats not the tread looking at that picture, So I'd say 325/25/20 but not sure on the offset on that rim....
So far, the ride is much nicer than with the Continentals I had previously. I've noticed a quieter ride and more grip. There is a hint more understeer with this set up but all in all I don't regret the choice.

As a matter of interest, with the new non std tyre size at the rear. Have you tried using cruise control? My cruise control is hunting and only thing I can think of is because of the different size tyres I have on the back, same as yours.
Edit: my profile and width is the same, however still on the original 18inch rims.

Could you be more descriptive of what you mean when you say that the cruise control is hunting? I haven't tried the cruise control since I got the new tires but if I know what to look for I can definitely do a test.

Once setting the cruise control, let's say at 60mph, it will hold that for a second then speed will slowly drop down to like 55mph then all of a sudden throws a boat load of power on to regain back to 60mph then speed drops again, etc etc... It carries on like that forever, rendering cruise control useless
Since we talking 20" my 20x11 et30 are coming in. Can I use my existing 285/30/20 or will that be too stretched. My other option would be 305/30/20 for more comfort but I am lowered via star and want to know if it'll rub
