boost and intake temp question

Hello, I just purchase a CLS55 and it came with 77mm pulley and larger heat exchanger & Raceiq tune. NO split cooling tho.
Using a car scanner app.
Intake manifold pressure of 3.9 at 70mph cruise and then 10.5 +psi at loaded trottle to about 95mph.
cruising intake temp is at 109

Is this normal numbers?
What would my intake temp be like with split cooling?
Thanks.

Hey mate,

I wouldn't bother splitting your cooling unless your doing another cooling mod like adding a trunk tank or under hood tank. If you were installing the HE, sure, split the cooling while your in there, but doing the job on its own shouldn't make a huge difference from what people say.

You would need to post the atmospheric conditions during the test to be able to tell what is normal. In general 109 at cruise on a warm day is pretty good.

Agree, do not split , unless you plan to add alternative cooling source.
