I'm having issue where i only can fill a few liters at the time when putting in gas, thus something is wrong with the evap system. Im thinking blocked line or bad purge valve.
My plan to go about this is to blow compressed air trough the hose running from the canister to the tank and blow air trough the canister making sure it's not blocked and clean the purge valve with electric cleaner.
Im just wondering if this is a good attack plan or if i should do anything else?
The car runs well with zero issues except that i can't fill with gas.
So i removed the two hoses at the bottom of the canister. The one closet to me seem to be a valve in the tank. Is the purge valve in the tank on the cls 55? When following the hose it goes up to the tank, se pic. When blowing air in the hose i was not able to blow trough making me think there is a closed valve.
The hose furthest away went to the tank and you could hear the gasoline bubbling when blowing air. I also blew air trough the canister with no problem.
Next to the filler neck there were another hose conected too some sort of metal housing. I blew air in that one as well.
I have now successfully fild up my tank so i hope that did the trick. Still no codes or any other issue.
