Maybe its just me but I find that with the CLS, like Bangle BMW's, the wheels look a bit smaller than they really are.
Its just a visual illusion I'm sure, but the arches never look properly filled. That CLS55 AMG looks awesome, but imagine a CLS350 with small wheels...

Car is great, looks great and for me it can be called 4door unimog i just simply don't care....
4door coupe is kind of word-play. Everybody knows that it's not a pure coupe like for ex. CLK [although CLK is not a perfect coupe too], but also it's not a classic sedan like E class, so it became a 4 door coupe - most simple combination of luxus/flexibility and sport.

not classy like the E-class? u mean because it's window frame-less, it's not a sedan? ES300 is window frame-less...but it's a sedan. LOL

i like the cls, excited to see how it will sell. I saw a green CLS 500 in person when the guys from benz did a test drive across texas. saw it at the dealer in Dallas. They also had 2 new body model ML's and the new Grand Vision Tourer Sport (same as chrysler Pacifica only Benz). The ML's and GST's were covered in the black tape to describe it but you could totally tell. i got pics, trying to post them.... :v
