Driver Window wont return up right away .

Driver Window wont return up right away .
Recently working on a Cls 55 ... Came in with broken window regulator . After fixing regulator using same motor ,everything seemed fine until we go to close the door .
It wouldn't return up like all the rest of the windows do . I have Xentry and a Autel Elite and kept attempting to perform the short stroke adjustment procedure. All other windows the procedure goes correctly .
Driver will will not perform it correctly. So I swapped the module with a used unit . Now the window returns up after 3/4 mins on its own . But still wont return up instantly like others do , I have tried everything 10X over . Normalized all windows and made sure car was running a while no battery lights on dash etc .
I even went as far as going into the variant coding and try to see if there was delay setting for driver door etc .. If anyone has any ideas ? The key is aftermarket i suspect , I disabling IR in coding to see if it was still sensing key etc. I'm outta answers and nothing ever beats me! If anyone has ever dealt with this ?
